Imagine yourself stranded. You have tickets to a world famous gala but have no toiletries, and no money. You only have your favorite beauty products on you.
These products are your only ticket to looking civilized.
Think carefully. What would they be? You can’t show up looking half ass or homeless. You have to show up on full fleek.
While I am probably the only one who imagines stuff like this (maybe maybe not) Ive considered what that would be.
Here is my list of holy grail beauty products I would NEED to have with me on a desert island.

Eyes
1.Anastasia Beverly Hills – Soft Glam Palette

If I had to choose just one eye shadow palette to keep forever, this would be it. It has a great mix of neutral and more seductive shades all in one palette. No matter what my mood or vibe is, I can create that with this one eye shadow palette alone. A little known fact about me is that I use to create my own handmade vegan eye shadow under the guise of “Siren Noir Cosmetics”. I know a good eye shadow formula when I see one. All of the shades are super pigmented and a little goes a long way. There is some fallout but that is a trade-off when dealing with intensely pigmented formulas. If I had to choose one
2. Natasha Denona – Eye Shadow Palette 02

What you should know about Natasha Denona is that she does not play games when it comes to her formulas. All of her shades have intense payout when applied to a brush or finger. You rarely find a cosmetic company with eye shadow formulas that are so consistent across palettes. I love these shades because they include my staple colors for a quick glam look. Her shadows are more on the pricy side but this palette is smaller, travel friendly, and more affordable.
3. Loreal Volumious Mascara

That moment when you find a drug store mascara that then becomes your holy grail mascara is life-changing. Also to mention much easier on the ole bank account. We all know the challenge of finding a good mascara. You don’t want anything clumpy (spider lashes no thanks). You also don’t want anything that does nothing to your lashes (Are your lashes even there?). The black and gold loreal mascara hits that sweet spot. I get asked if I have eyelash extensions when I wear this mascara. You can find this at virtually any drug store. It is popular so I do see it go out of stock occasionally.
4. Marc Jacobs Mascara – Velvet Noir Major Volume

Sometimes I like to splurge on a designer mascara to see if the coverage will be a bit better than a drug store. I’ve tried several of the high-end ones and didn’t notice anything game-changing, to be honest. However, the Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara impressed me. It is on the lower end compared to designer mascaras. The formula is smooth, gives me that va va voom lash look I crave, and not overdrying. It was a win-win for me.
5. Tarte – Double Take Eyeliner

Finding a good liquid eyeliner, in reality, seems easy but I’ve noticed in many formulas that the consistency is either not wet enough or not long-lasting. Tarte Double Take Eyeliner never dries up mid application. You don’t need to go back over it with double lines to increase the intensity of it. One application of this eyeliner lasts me virtually all day and does not move. Loreal has a similar version to this but I wouldn’t recommend it. It falls short in terms of formula and you have to go over your lines to get the same payoff.
6. Anastasia – Brow Whiz

I am sure you have heard of this product because it is a staple in several beauty routines. I don’t always have the time to get an eyebrow wax. The brow whiz is such a simple but genius product. You can achieve the look of freshly waxed brows before leaving the house. This has saved me money on my brows every month (Thank you, Anastasia).
7. Rapid Lash – Eye Serum

I started using RapidLash when I was looking for an alternative to eyelash extensions. I loved my eyelash extensions but they became annoyingly itchy. Ive tried a few other formulas like Latesse, but I felt this eye lash serum was much more effective with zero side effects. I am testing out Grande Lash now, and will update you on how that is working for me.
Lips
8.Huda Beauty Liquid Matte Lipstick – Vixen

I love love love this lippie for those deep seductive witchy vibes. The formula isn’t too drying, and the color payoff is on point. The only thing I noticed is that after about 3 hours, you may need to reapply again. However, the formula is so creamy and consistent that I don’t mind. I hate when a lip product dries my lips out even if the staying power is much better.
Face
9. Loreal Infallible Pro-Matte

Hands up if you have spent thousands of dollars trying to find the perfect low cost but magical foundation formula? I’ve been using this for years and even when I spread my wings, I come back to it. This formula for the price is amazing. The staying power is massive compared to higher-end brands. I can apply once in the morning and still see coverage in the afternoon. Even better that is less than $15.
