Its apocolypse season!
OK I admit that will likely never have a ring to it, but what we are beginning to see here folks is a paradigm shift that is resulting in a “new normal”. This means, as humans we must learn how to raise our vibration to adjust.
There are frequencies that are literally flooding the planet and we need to be able to shift our focus to what is in harmony and away from what is not to stay balanced.
So how do you do this? Is it easier said than done?
There are some concrete ways, but since we are universal, multidimensional, and infinite, lets agree that we are not limited.
Let me begin by saying that none of the tips I list below are temporary fixes. All of these ways when done daily will produce an effect of a sustained raised vibration over time.
You’ll find your self feeling happier, thinking more clearly, and less agitated by outside circumstances. You will also find that you are able to “self talk” your way out of an emotional outburst that would usually bring your vibration down in a heart beat.
That is why it is much more beneficial to sustain your vibration over time so that you can emotionally and mentally handle any challenges that come your way with ease.
Lastly, you do not need to pay for an over priced course with Angel numbers or program to elevate and stabilize your mental state. All of these tips you can incorporate for free.
1. Lets start with the basics (sleep, nutrition, meditation, vitamin D)
I know my self pretty well, and I am more than totally willing to admit that if I do not get enough sleep, my entire world becomes a minute by minute repeat of me being super nit picky and upset over the pettiest of things.
Anyone is subject to my cranky wrath if they so much as look at me the wrong way.
I know well enough now that sleep, plays a huge role in our mood. In times where there is paranoia and a heightened level of fear going around, you want to make sure you are allowing your body to recharge and catch those extra zzzs honey.
Along with that, following basic healthy eating habits to balance your blood sugar throughout the day (allow your self to enjoy balance and have that brownie though when you need to!).
Incorporating healthy fats, protein, greens, superfoods, fiber into every meal will really help you to stay full longer so you arent running out of food as quickly.
As food has a direct impact on your mood, eating a more balanced and incorporating more alkaline foods into your diet can drastically improve your anxiety and overall state of mind.

Our minds are constantly racing with “whats next??”
Meditating even for 15 minutes can help you to come back to center and feel more trusting in your own ability to get through this tough time.
Ever heard of binaural beats? If not, get some of that in yo life! Ill talk more about that on another blog post but there are plenty of youtube resources for guided or non meditation.
Binaural Beats in a nut shell are tones that can help strengthen connections among networks within the brain.
Attention, sleep, memory, and anxiety may also be improved by using binaural beats. Listening to Binaural Beats while meditating will literally super charge your meditation experience and raise your vibration.
There are many resources for binaural beat tones, just make sure you are getting pure tones into your experience. I recommend the Binaural Beats suite here as an intro.
Finally, Vitamin D. Make sure you are getting plenty of time outside basking in the sunlight to soak up those vitamin D rays.
Vitamin D is super duper important to your immune system and if you stay inside all day everyday, you wont allow yourself to fully give your body what it needs so that you can remain supported.
2. Get Creative
Now is the time to let your inner creativity come out to play.
Dive into some DIY crafts I have put together in this DIY crafts post. You can make a painting, color in an adult coloring book, PUT ON SOME MUSIC AND TWERK FOR A BIT.
Whatever really gets your creative juices going, jump into it with your whole heart.
Being creative, allows you to tap into your divine feminine abilities that will leave you feeling empowered and more loving of your self.
Imagine all the things you are truly grateful for and get out a pen and paper and write it down.
Start with “I AM grateful for…XYZ” Make a list of every single thing you can think of big or small then tape that list somewhere visible so you can see it every single morning.
4. SELF LOVE aka WORTH
This sounds like an obvious one but there is something not so obvious about it. Society pre lockdown was mainly focused on competition, and achievement.
WE know that a lot of things will be changing as we become more aware of our selves during this quarantine.
To step into this energy now you need to think about all of the qualities that make you GREAT, and all of the qualities you want to become.
Write it down. “IAM loving” “IAM Beautiful” “IAM an amazing volleyball player” whatever it is get into the habit of taking that list and reciting every single morning as you stare at your self in the mirror.
From here on out be sure to only focus on who you want to become and not where you are.
You will begin to notice changes that same day… I guarantee it.
