How to effectively remove negative energy is one of the biggest questions of the our time. Countless research, trials and studies have been devoted to answering this very question.
What exactly is negative energy?
We know that it can manifest in a number of ways.

Contrary to popular belief, the result of negative energy we feel does not start outside of us, it starts within us.
That is why I want to bring to light a less known reason for why we may find ourselves consumed with negative energy. This reason is not as obvious as you think but leads to the solution.
Lets start with the importance of getting adequate mineral intake in your body.
Research (although not widely talked about) has now shown us that mood and fatigue disorders can be directly traced to a deficiency of a particular mineral or nutrient within our body.
Many of the foods we consume due to their genetically modified nature and imbalanced condition of our guts, leads to a mineral deficiency over time.
The water the average person is drinking today is essentially tainted and depleted, all of which leads to dehydration and lack of minerals and electrolytes.
Being deficient in minerals such as Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium for example can lead to serious and annoying health issues in the long run.
When it comes to stress reduction and negative energy, Magnesium is at the fore front of being one of the most important minerals to assist in this.

How to Incorporate More Magnesium
To incorporate more Magnesium, it can be taken in via orally or through trans dermal transmission.
An easy and less known way to include more Magnesium into your body is through trans dermal or skin transmission. This includes the glorious and powerful Magnesium salt bath.

Anytime I have bathed in medical grade magnesium crystals the effects of reduced muscle tension, soreness, anxiety, and stress reduction could be felt well up to 48 hours.
To add this into your bath it is super easy, just pour about a 1-2 cups or so into your bath water and let is dissolve.
If you tend to take showers more often you can grab a handful and mix with liquid soap.
Another cool way you can do this it to make a homemade bath scrub by adding it to your favorite oil (coconut, olive, avocado etc) and then slough and exfoliate your stress away as the water runs down your body.
